FINAL Transcript Request for Graduated Seniors 2020 

Graduated seniors that are attending college in the fall will need to send a final updated transcript to their college.

To request a copy be sent on your behalf

Fill out the "Final Transcript Request Form" found HERE

Return by email to Mrs. Thompson at tthompson@seasidek12.org. These can be submitted by scan or photo of the completed form. 

**Your forms must be sent in by June 18th, 2020 so that transcripts can be sent to colleges by the end of June.**

**COVID-19 NOTICE FOR TRANSCRIPT REQUESTS **

In light of current guidance to diminish the spread of coronavirus/COVID-19, beginning Monday, 3/16 and until further notice the Office of the Registrar will provide service only via email and phone and will be suspending in-person service hours. During this time the option for in-person pick-up or fax of transcripts is not available. Please choose either the e-transcript or paper mailed transcript option when placing your transcript order.

Please email our registrar at tthompson@seasidek12.org for any help. 

Current Students: Students can access their current transcript on StudentVue at any time. Mrs. Thompson the regisrar can also email an unofficail copy upon request of a student or parent. To mail a transcript to a college or university, please follow the below steps:

2. Email  our regisrar at tthompson@seasidek12.org with a scanned copy or photo of the completed form. 

Alumni & Past Students: Please indicate the year you graduated or stopped attending SHS, your name at the time you were a student, and the location where you would like your transcript sent. Please follow the below steps:

State and National Scholarships 2019-2020

The following scholarships have been publicized to the SHS Counseling Office for the class of 2020. 

• 2019 El Dabe Ritter Scholarship: Deadline June 30th, 2020

To Qualify:

This scholarship is now available to any high school senior in the United States that desires to apply. More information can be found on our scholarship application found below.

• LCHRMA Scholarship: Deadline June 30th, 2020

To Qualify:

The Lower Columbia Human Resource Management Association (LCHRMA) awards scholarships up to $1,500 to residents of Clatsop, Columbia, Tillamook and Pacific county who are graduating high school seniors or current college students.

The intent of the LCHRMA Scholarship is to help finance education to students pursuing a career in business, especially those interested in the Human Resource field. Scholarship funds may be applied to tuition, books, and fees for the fall term at an accredited college or university.

• Mahin and Saifulla Salemy High School Scientific Scholarship: Deadline July 15th, 2020

To Qualify:

It is open to high school seniors in the United States who have been accepted to and will attend college (either 4-year or community) in the United States, and have an interest in the sciences.

Current Students: 

Counseling staff members can print an unofficial transcript at any time upon request of a student or parent. To mail a transcript to a college or university, please fill out a transcript request form. Allow at least a week for the transcript to be mailed. Click here for our Transcript Request Form. Blank forms are also available in the counseling office.

 Seaside High School Local Scholarship Information: Deadline is closed as of April 10th, 2020.

• Local Scholarship Common Application for 2020 Graduates (A single online application used by ALL of our local scholarship donors. Students will include a seperate copy of the cover page for each scholarship application they submit *changing the scholarship name field*.)

• Local Scholarship Overview (This will give you quick glimpse into each local scholarship available. Name, Quick list of Critera to qualify, If it can be used for 2 year college, 4 year college, Professional/Technical school, if a transcript is required, and the amount the winners will recieve.)
